Public holiday periods and peak season holidays are excluded. This includes official holidays such as Eid Al Fitr, Eid Al Adha, UAE National Days, and peak season holidays like school breaks, Christmas, New Year, and Valentine’s Day.

Your requested travel dates are guaranteed. In the unlikely event that seats sell out, we will offer alternative travel dates within ±3 days of your preferred departure date.

Book Travel Dates within 24 hours of purchasing – Late day request fees AED 1,500.

The passport must have a minimum validity of six months.

Unredeemed vouchers can be cancelled anytime for a minimal fee of only AED 250 per voucher.

All customers must complete the Pre-Assessment Form after purchasing their holiday package.

Holiday Factory guarantees VIP Schengen Visa appointments at VFS Global within 2 weeks* of receiving the completed form.

Average visa processing time by VFS is 15-30 days. Some nationalities require additional checks, which may extend visa processing to 35–45 days*

Oman Visa

Oman E-Visa for UAE Residents

To be eligible for an E-visa, UAE residents must meet the following requirements:

Possess a UAE residence visa valid for a minimum of three months.

Hold a passport with a validity of at least six months.

Have resided in the UAE for a minimum of six months.

Hold an occupation listed in the approved occupation list.
