4. Infant Fee: AED 300
5. Your requested travel dates are guaranteed. In the unlikely event that seats sell out, we will offer alternative travel dates within ±2 days of your preferred departure date.
6.  Submit your travel dates at least 5 days before your intended departure.
   For example, if you submit your dates on September 1, the earliest possible travel date will be September 6.

8. VIP Schengen Visa appointments at VFS Global are guaranteed within 12 weeks by Holiday Factory. To Learn more, Click here.
9. Visa assistance through Holiday Factory is available for travel starting from 1st September 2025.
10. The passport must have a minimum validity of six months.
11. Unredeemed vouchers can be cancelled anytime for a minimal fee of only AED 250 per voucher.
12. Submit your passport copies and intended travel dates within 24 hours of purchasing the travel voucher to avoid a late fee of AED 1,200.
13. The Visa Rejection Shield can be purchased for an additional fee starting from AED 650* per person, providing protection in the event your visa application is rejected by the embassy. In such cases, your booking amount—excluding the shield fee—will be refunded as a credit voucher valid for 12 months, upon submission of official proof of rejection. This Sheild can be purchased via our Customer care phone or chat team.
