- Public holiday periods and peak season holidays are excluded. This includes official holidays such as Eid Al Fitr, Eid Al Adha, UAE National Days, and peak season holidays like school breaks, Christmas, New Year, and Valentine’s Day.
- High Season Supplement: 10th Dec 2025- 15th Jan 2026 AED 200.
- Infant Fee: AED 300
- Your requested travel dates are guaranteed. In the unlikely event that seats sell out, we will offer alternative travel dates within ±3 days of your preferred departure date.
- Book Travel Dates within 24 hours of purchasing – Late day request fees AED 1,500.
- The passport must have a minimum validity of six months.
- Unredeemed vouchers can be cancelled anytime for a minimal fee of only AED 250 per voucher.
