- Public holiday periods and peak season holidays are excluded. This includes official holidays such as Eid Al Fitr, Eid Al Adha, UAE National Days, and peak season holidays like school breaks, Christmas, New Year, and Valentine’s Day.
- Infant Fee: AED 600.
- High season – 01.07.2026 – 31.07.2026 – AED 390 per person.
- Your requested travel dates are guaranteed. In the unlikely event that seats sell out, we will offer alternative travel dates within ±2 days of your preferred departure date.
- Submit your travel dates at least 5 days before your intended departure.

- The passport must have a minimum validity of six months.
- Schengen Visa appointments at VFS Global are guaranteed within 3-4 weeks by Holiday Factory. To Learn more, Click here.
- If the embassy doesn’t confirm the Visa appointment within the 3–4 week range, Holiday Factory will cancel the booking and refund the entire amount.
- Visa processing time after appointment is approximately 15-20 days.
- VFS Processing fee is included in the package
- Visa cost is not included in the package and must be paid directly at the embassy at the time of the appointment.
- Unredeemed vouchers can be cancelled anytime for a minimal fee of only AED 250 per voucher.
