- Public holiday periods and peak season holidays are excluded. This includes official holidays such as Eid Al Fitr, Eid Al Adha, UAE National Days, and peak season holidays like school breaks, Christmas, New Year, and Valentine’s Day.
- Departures during High Season 01.04.2025 till 30.06.2026 of AED 390 per person
- Infant Fee: AED 300
- Your requested travel dates are guaranteed. In the unlikely event that seats sell out, we will offer alternative travel dates within ±2 days of your preferred departure date.
- Submit your travel dates at least 5 days before your intended departure.

- The passport must have a minimum validity of six months.

- If the embassy doesn’t confirm the Visa appointment within the 4–5-week range, Holiday Factory will cancel the booking and refund the entire amount. ( the refund will be cash, not credit)
- Unredeemed vouchers can be cancelled anytime for a minimal fee of only AED 250 per voucher.
- Submit your passport copies and intended travel dates within 24 hours of purchasing the travel voucher to avoid a late fee of AED 1,200.
