Terms & Conditions

1. Travel anytime until 30.09.2026
2. Public holiday periods and peak season holidays are excluded. This includes official holidays such as Eid Al Fitr, Eid Al Adha, UAE National Days, and peak season holidays like school breaks, Christmas, New Year, and Valentine’s Day.
3. Departures during High Season 05.12.2025 till 11.01.2026 of AED 2000 per person
   Departure During High Season supplement: (27.10.2025 to 30.04.2026)  AED 350 Per Person
4. Infant Fee: AED 300
5. Blackout Period: 20 December 2025 – 10 January 2026.
6. Your requested travel dates are guaranteed. In the unlikely event that seats sell out, we will offer alternative travel dates within ±2 days of your preferred departure date.
7.  Submit your travel dates at least 5 days before your intended departure.
   For example, if you submit your dates on September 1, the earliest possible travel date will be September 6.

9. City Tax of approx. EUR 5-7 per person per night is to be paid directly to the hotel

11. Nationals of certain countries may require additional checks. In such cases, travel dates can only be requested at least 1 month after the application date. Click here to check if this applies to your nationality.
12. Visa processing times by VFS vary by nationality and may take 15–30 working days, or longer in rare cases. Customers are responsible for selecting their travel dates. If visa processing by VFS exceeds the chosen travel dates, the customer may change their travel dates by paying an amendment fee as per the general T&Cs of Holiday Factory. Holiday Factory will assist in adjusting the travel dates upon request.
13. Effective 1 September 2025, all travelers holding a valid Latvia visa are required to complete the electronic travel declaration form at least 48 hours before their flight in order to enter Latvia, Click here
14. The passport must have a minimum validity of six months.
15. Unredeemed vouchers can be cancelled anytime for a minimal fee of only AED 250 per voucher.
16. The Visa Rejection Shield can be purchased for an additional fee starting from AED 1200* per person, providing protection in the event your visa application is rejected by the embassy. In such cases, your booking amount—excluding the shield fee—will be refunded as a credit voucher valid for 12 months, upon submission of official proof of rejection.
