- Public holiday periods and peak season holidays are excluded. This includes official holidays such as Eid Al Fitr, Eid Al Adha, UAE National Days, and peak season holidays like school breaks, Christmas, New Year, and Valentine’s Day.
- Departures during High Season 05.12.2025 till 11.01.2026 of AED 1350 per person
- Infant Fee: AED 300
- Your requested travel dates are guaranteed. In the unlikely event that seats sell out, we will offer alternative travel dates within ±2 days of your preferred departure date.
- Submit your travel dates at least 5 days before your intended departure.

- Azerbaijan: Visa on Arrival for most nationalities with valid UAE residency. Passport must be valid for 123 days and residence visa for 183 days upon arrival. for more info click here.
- Georgia: visa free for all nationalities with valid UAE residency. For travellers holding passports from Nigeria, Pakistan, Syria, Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Morocco, Sudan, or Ethiopia, the UAE residence permit must be valid for a minimum of 1 year from the arrival date in Georgia.
- Unredeemed vouchers can be cancelled anytime for a minimal fee of only AED 250 per voucher.
