HOW TO BOOK YOUR DREAM HOLIDAY?

BOOK YOUR DREAM HOLIDAY IN JUST 4 SIMPLE STEPS:

    Use our online booking engine, located on the Homepage. Fill the form by choosing the Departure city, Destination, Date, and Duration of your Holiday.

    You will find several options of 3, 4, and 5 Star Hotels. Once you choose the package you like, you will be able to know more details about the package (Airline, Flight Timings, and of course the final price of the offer).

    Once you have decided on the option you prefer, the last step is completing your payment. Fill in your Credit card / Debit card details and you’re done!

    You will receive your tickets by email in the form of a Voucher, print it out and enjoy your Holiday!

THE CRAZY DEALS ARE SPECIAL, DISCOUNTED HOLIDAYS DEALS AVAILABLE FOR BOOKING DURING A FIXED PERIOD OF TIME AS MENTIONED. FOLLOW THESE SIMPLE STEPS TO BOOK YOUR HOLIDAY:

    Choose a holiday package you LOVE.

    Grab the deal before it ends or sells out.

     Fill the form provided with your details.

     Choose the number of vouchers/packages you would like to buy.

     Fill in your Credit/ Debit Card details.

    Click ‘Book Now’ and Confirm your booking.

AFTER PURCHASING THE VOUCHER/ DEAL

    Once the payment is received and processed by a Holiday Factory representative, you will receive an email with a link.

     Click on the link and fill in your booking number and email.

     The link will open a form where you would be prompted to select your preferred, and alternative travel dates along with the traveler’s name(s). *Names should be written exactly as they appear on the official document/ passport of the traveler(s).

     In the unlikely event of your requested dates not being available, our representatives will offer you alternative dates +/ – 1 day from your selected departure. After your confirmation on new dates, our representative will send you your travel documents by email.

    The selected dates will be confirmed from our side within 72 hours. We will then issue all travel documents (flight tickets, hotel reservation and other services) and send you these via email.

Print these documents out and get ready to enjoy your holiday!

IMPORTANT NOTES:

    Dates can only be confirmed after the deal is purchased and a booking request form is submitted.

     At the time of making the booking, you must provide full correct names as they appear on the passport of each traveler.

     Your preferred travel dates are guaranteed (in the unlikely event of seats sold out we guarantee +/ – 1 day from preferred initial requested date).

     Children above 2 years old require a voucher just like adults. Children below 2 years old are charged AED 300- 500 (depending on chosen destination).

     Visas are not included in our travel packages. Obtaining visas are the sole responsibility of the traveler(s).
