  1. Travel Validity Untill 20.11.2026.
  2. Public holiday periods and peak season holidays are excluded. This includes official holidays such as Eid Al Fitr, Eid Al Adha, UAE National Days, and peak season holidays like Christmas, New Year, and Valentine’s Day.
  3. High season : 15.05.2026 to 31.07.2026 AED 600 Per person
  4. Infant Fee: AED 600.
  5. Your requested travel dates are guaranteed. In the unlikely event that seats sell out, we will offer alternative travel dates within ±2 days of your preferred departure date.
  6.  For travel within the next 5 days, please use our real-time booking platform [IDA], click here.
  7. Schengen Visa appointments at VFS Global are guaranteed within 2-3 weeks by Holiday Factory. To Learn more, Click here.
  8. If the embassy doesn’t confirm the Visa appointment within the 2–3 week range, Holiday Factory will cancel the booking and refund the entire amount.
  9. Visa processing time after appointment is approximately 15-20 days.
