  11. The passport must have a minimum validity of six months.
  12. Unredeemed vouchers can be cancelled for a minimal fee of only AED 250 per voucher.
  13. The Visa Rejection Shield can be purchased for an additional fee starting from AED 1200* per person, providing protection in the event your visa application is rejected by the embassy. In such cases, your booking amount—excluding the shield fee—will be refunded as a credit voucher valid for 12 months, upon submission of official proof of rejection.
