  1. Travel anytime until 15.05.2026 till 30.09.2026
  2. Public holiday periods and peak season holidays are excluded. This includes official holidays such as Eid Al Fitr, Eid Al Adha, UAE National Days, and peak season holidays like Christmas, New Year, and Valentine’s Day.
  3. Infant Fee: AED 900.
  4. Your requested travel dates are guaranteed. In the unlikely event that seats sell out, we will offer alternative travel dates within ±3 days of your preferred departure date.
  5.  Submit your travel dates before 10th of April 2026.
  6.  For travel within the next 5 days, please use our real-time booking platform [IDA], click here.
  7. Unredeemed vouchers can be cancelled for a minimal fee of only AED 250 per voucher.
  8. Schengen Visa appointments at VFS Global are guaranteed within 2-3 weeks by Holiday Factory. To Learn more, Click here.
  9. If the embassy doesn’t confirm the Visa appointment within the 2–3 week range, Holiday Factory will cancel the booking and refund the entire amount.
  10. Visa processing time after appointment is approximately 15-30 days.
